HISTORY OF HOTSHOTS

Hotshots Flame-Grilled Burgers is a proud product of Filipino entrepreneurship. The first Hotshots outlet lit its grill on the 14th of December 1999 at a corner parking lot located at Pearl Drive across the University of Asia & the Pacific (then CRC) in Pasig City.

Hotshots reminds us of one of those old burger drive-ins, with carhops on roller skates riding over to cars with trays piled high with burgers and fries. But the fact is that our first outlet was only little more than a take-out counter with chairs and tables out front. Inside, the air was always humming with energy and the crew always busy moving to and fro, with the grill never resting for a second. The orders came in continuously. And when there’s a line up for orders, you know the eating is good. Some people even picked up two or three extra to stock in their fridge for those late night munchies.

Word about us quickly spread. Hotshots became the place to go to get a taste of old-fashioned, home-cooked flavor of grilled burgers, where people can get weekend party-grill quality burgers every day of the week! People from not-so-nearby areas even started coming over to get a taste. In less than a year, we’d had a numerous requests for us to set-up branches in malls and other cities. 

We believe a burger can be more than a piece of meat on bread. Hotshots was conceived to elevate the burger, creating hamburgers the way they were meant to be – a simple and hearty dish, yet with many imaginative varieties.

Hotshots Flame-Grilled Burgers are excellent in their simplicity. Customers get high quality burgers with well-prepared ingredients, whipped up in imaginative ways, and then presented piping-hot by friendly and well-trained Hotshots staff.
