EFFECTIVE BUSINESS WRITING SKILLS
Enhance your writing skills to help you prepare business letters and memos. At the end of the 2-day seminar, participants will: undergo a comprehensive review of grammar to help them express their thoughts, ideas and desires in writing; learn guidelines in writing business letters and memos; and gain more self-confidence in writing by way of reinforcement exercises at each session.
PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING
This 2-day seminar will help participants develop a rational and systematic process in defining a problem, and in formulating/implementing solutions. Participants will learn how to: Organize and analyze information using techniques in Critical Thinking & Analysis; Learn the experience of others through case studies; sharpen their business acumen to solve problems and arrive at sound decisions using techniques in Risk Analysis and Decision-Making. Highly dynamic and interactive, the seminar employs a variety of methods such as case studies, group discussions, workshops and interactive lectures with audio-visual aids.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
Learn the essential steps in defining goals, establishing project plans, assigning work, monitoring progress, and exercising control. At the end of this 3-day seminar-workshop, you will learn to: differentiate between a project and a management task; develop a project charter; determine project requirements; develop a project organizational structure and leadership; develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and budget; and more. The Art of Selling is an overview of selling and sales management, focusing within the context of a service organization. It highlights the essential functions that must be combined into an integrated program to ensure the success of the sales effort.
MANAGING PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS IN SALES AND MARKETING
This 2-day seminar explores easy and effective approaches for dealing with even the most difficult and under-productive sales man or marketing employee. It provides participants with a proven methodology for analyzing the root cause of performance problems or “gaps” of employees, and offers a systematic approach to converting problematic employees into highly-productive ones.
COMMUNICATION FOR RESULTS
Communicating for Results (CFR) is designed to develop the communication skills of the participants. It is a practical 2-day course that emphasizes creativity, concern for audience and understanding the importance of the business solutions through communications. Since it is assumed that the participants are sufficiently equipped with the basic rules of grammar in writing, majority of the course will be centering on oral communication.

ACCOUNTING FOR NON-ACCOUNTANTS
This 3-day seminar, with workshops, will help you understand key accounting concepts, methods, and techniques, and apply these to your business or work. Acquire practical knowledge about and learn how to analyze financial statements such as income statement and balance sheets and its components (e.g., Assets, liabilities, inventory, debt & equity, etc.).
