Master of Science in Management (Evening Program)
The Master of Science in Management is the flagship graduate program of the School of Management (SMN). It is a unique two-year graduate course that equips its students with the knowledge, skills, and determination to transform the challenges of the 21st century into business opportunities and socially responsible enterprises. It arms them with strong analytical skills, communication skills, ethical sensitivity, and soft skills, making them dynamic and flexible in meeting the ever-changing demands of the business environment.
On the first year, a strategic view of basic management functions (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Enterprise Resource Systems) are offered. On the second year, the focus is on a multi-disciplined analytical framework, a holistic and strategic perspective to decision-making, and a systematic approach to implementation. The program is offered to working professionals who want to earn a Master’s Degree in Management. Application Period (i.e. Submission of Documents, Qualifying Exam, Interview) is from June 9, 2014 until April 10, 2015, Announcement of Accepted Applicants via Email and Text is from April 13-17, 2015, and Start of the First Semester, School Year 2015-2016 is on June 15, 2015. Applicants should pass the following criteria and requirements.
- Graduate of any Degree with at least 2 Years of Work Experience;
- Completely submitted the following documents: a) MScM Application Form, b) Original Copy of Transcript of Records, c) Curriculum Vitae (With Photo), d) 2 Copies of 2″ X 2″ Pictures on White Background, e) 2 Letters of Recommendation (From Supervisor or Former Professors)
- Proficiency in Oral and Written Communication Skills; and
- Satisfactory Interview Results.
