Conference on Educating for Excellence and Character

The School of Education and Human Development invites everyone to an international conference on “Educating for Excellence and Character: How Teachers and Parents Can Make a Difference” at the Li Seng Giap auditorium on November 12 (Thursday) at 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The conference will feature Dr. Michele Borba, an internationally recognized educator and speaker, and an award-winning author of parenting and educational books.

Dr. Borba will talk about how teachers and parents can successfully raise children with character. Based on her best-selling book Building Moral Intelligence, the conference will highlight practical and proven strategies to help children distinguish right from wrong, choose what is right, and behave morally.

The conference fee for each participant is Php1500, which covers the certificate of participation and snacks.
