Lean Six Sigma is a quality management methodology that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste. It is a combination of two distinct frameworks (Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma) with the purpose of identifying and eliminating eight kinds of waste (time, inventory, motion, waiting, over-production, over-processing, defects, and skills). The White Belt Training is an overview of Lean Six Sigma and the benefits to be reaped by a company that is using it.
The regular fee is Php3,000 and the early bird fee is Php2,000 (before April 25).
